Winter Hard Day’s Night Hotel Civil Partnership Photography
Michelle & Emma’s fabulous Winter Hard Day’s Night Hotel Civil Partnership Photography.
Where do I even start about Michelle & Emma’s day!? I have literally just got home (11pm) having started shooting a little after 10am this morning. I wasn’t really due to start till 11am, as the ceremony was 2:30pm, but what with the post xmas sales, I thought I would get to Liverpool 1 before all the shoppers did. It was just as well I was early as there was a queue at the car park when I arrived!
The detail put in to the wedding was immense… table place names were vinyl records imprinted with the couples name a wedding date… Emma had knitted apple keepsakes for every guest. There were grand candelabras, gypsophilia, and green LED uplighters to go with the green colour theme chosen by the girls. There were two cakes… the first was a sweet 4 layer cake which had two carrot cake layers, one lemon, and one fruit layer. After the meal there was an impressive cheese cake featuring cute brie lovehearts, and cocktail fountains.
The bouquets for brides and bridesmaids were made from buttons, brooches and bling, and their guest signing frame was a guitar. Their post box for guests cards was a real one borrowed from an uncle, and they had the most amazing sweet buffet, where the sweet bowls were not just any old sweet bowl, but were vinyl records that had been hand melted and shaped to form unique bowls, one of which was gifted to me by bride Michelle’s Mum, which along with a knitted apply, now proudly sits on my desk in my office.
Thanks Michelle & Emma, it was amazing to be part of your big day! 🙂
