The Place Hotel Winter Wedding Photography; Elaine & Caimhs wedding at Holy Name church Manchester & The Place Hotel.
I’d shoot a wedding at Holy Name church back in September & was really looking onward to returning to this warm & welcoming church. I hadn’t shot a wedding at The Place Hotel before, but loved the look & feel of it & was hoping that the weather would be good enough for me to take Elaine’s dress out to the roof terrace area for a photo.
There was a perfect clear blue sky when I arrived at the hotel to shoot bridal preparations, and the weather stayed clear & dry all day.
I had an additional wedding photographer working with me on the day which made travelling between the venues easier. Martin Hambleton who’s an ace documentary wedding photographer helped with both logistics and providing some really stunning wedding photos.
The speeches were hilarious, it was so much fun working with Elaine & Caimh! Thanks again for booking me. 🙂
The Place Hotel Winter Wedding Photography Gallery:
By the time we got outside the sun had set & it was dark, so additional photographer Martin Hambleton assisted with my ladder & lighting.
It was then back to The Place Hotel for the wedding breakfast & evening reception. The guests were all transported on a vintage bus & I joined them for the journey. Thanks to Martin for the night shot of the bus!
